Delete your WorthGrove account

You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time, right inside the app.

In the app

Open WorthGrove and go to More → Account Settings.
Optional: tap Download my data to keep a copy of your records.
Tap Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Can’t use the app?

Email support@worthgrove.app from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm it’s you, then delete it within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account and your private personal ledger.
If you’re the only person in your household: the household and everything in it, including budgets, bills, paychecks, goals, debts and transaction history.
If you share a household: the shared household stays for the other members, along with its shared history. Entries you added are kept without your name.

Deleting can’t be undone. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are not cancelled by deleting your account; cancel them in your phone’s subscription settings. Encrypted database backups are kept for up to 7 days for disaster recovery, then removed automatically.
